FilterMag Return Policy

Call FilterMag at our toll-free phone number (800) 345-8376 before returning any product. If for any reason you would like to return your FilterMag unit, you may return the unit(s) for a full refund within 30 days from date of purchase if received in re-saleable condition, and packed in original manufacturer's box, complete with instructions and all components (if applicable). A copy of the original order showing purchase or information stating the invoice number and date of purchase, with reason for return must accompany the returned FilterMag. Do not mail purchase information in letter form under separate cover. A 15% restocking charge may be applicable to all merchandise returned to cover costs involved in processing the return. Do not return any products C.O.D. as it cannot be accepted by our warehouse. All returns must be made to FilterMag, Inc. in Surprise, Arizona. Call first for return authorization and instructions.

FilterMag Warranty

FilterMag warrants this magnetic filtration device to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of five years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, abnormal use, misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow instructions defined by the manufacturer. This limited warranty provides that any magnetic filtration device that is found to be defective because of defects in material and/or workmanship will be replaced or repaired at no charge within the warranty period or replacement at FilterMag's discretion. FilterMag will not be liable for damages whether incidental, consequential or otherwise, resulting from a defective filter. All other warranties both express and implied are hereby specifically disclaimed, including the warrant of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This FilterMag products are manufactured under one or more of the following patents: U.S. #6,554,999, #5,556,540 and Canadian Patent #2,169,540. Additional U.S. and foreign patents pending.
